We are seeking an experienced, nurturing, and passionate Toddler Preschool Teacher who is committed to excellence in early childhood education and thrives in a collaborative, child-centered environment.

This role is ideal for an educator who understands that the toddler years are foundational and approaches teaching with patience, intention, and heart.

What You’ll Do

  • Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment that supports toddlers’ emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development

  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences aligned with best practices

  • Observe, assess, and document children’s growth and milestones

  • Build strong, respectful partnerships with families through consistent communication

  • Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership to foster a positive, team-oriented culture

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared classroom

  • Adhere to all state licensing, health, and safety regulations

  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field

  • Hands-on experience working with infants and/or toddlers in a licensed childcare setting

  • Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to professionalism

  • A genuine passion for supporting children and families during the earliest years
