Job Description:

Our client's Cape Coral location proudly maintains accreditation through the National Early Childhood Program Accreditation (NECPA), a nationally recognized organization committed to excellence in early childhood education. We are seeking a mission-driven Preschool Center Director to lead daily operations, elevate program quality, and support a high-performing team.


Key Leadership Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure full compliance with DCF, NECPA, VPK, and ELC requirements
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluations, and staff development
  • Ensure curriculum fidelity, instructional excellence, and adherence to VPK assessment cycles
  • Manage enrollment growth, family retention, tuition oversight, and budget performance
  • Maintain a safe, developmentally appropriate, and engaging learning environment
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with families and community partners


Qualifications

  • Florida Director's Credential Preferred
  • 25+ years of leadership experience in a licensed early childhood program
  • Strong understanding of early learning regulations, quality systems, and compliance
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, operational, and team-building skills
